Before the fair

GÖSTA aims to give your company the opportunity to get in touch with future competence in IT. Here, you will find who have registered as an exhibitor for the fair will find information about the day.

When: Thursday 13 February At 08 – 16 (Open to the public at 10 – 16)

Where: Lindholmen Science Park, Lindholmspiren 5, 417 56 Gothenburg

Upon arrival, you register in GÖSTA’s own stand directly at the entrance. Your company is welcomed with a folder that contains important information about the day. In connection with this, you will be shown to your stand by your assigned company host who will be on hand if you have questions or need help during the day.

Budning av monter

If it is the case that you as an exhibitor do not have your stand with you on the morning of 13 February, or have another solution around it, you can bid on the stand at the address below. Then enter the following information for reference.

The offered stand can be received 12/2 between 12:00 – 16:00. Do not forget to enter your company name on the outside of the package and the text “IT labor market day GÖSTA 13 February”. The stand will be locked in a room until it is retrieved. Please respect that you can not bid before this date.

The stand is set up by your exhibitor, the bid stand is picked up with the help of a GÖSTA representative 13/2 between 08:00 – 09:30. Let us know in good time if you know that you will be late, then we will set up your stand for you so that it is ready and ready until the fair begins. However, it goes much faster if we help each other out.

Access to parking

There are parking spaces in connection to Science Park and if it’s full there is a parking garage at the roundabout further down the street. During the day, GÖSTA offers breakfast, coffee, lunch, and buffet during the mingle.

The fair day

On the day of the fair, we organizers will be on site from 08.00. In order for you as an exhibitor to have time to orientate yourself and get ready for the fair, we recommend that you are on site no later than 09.00. Together we set up your stands and you who did not have time to eat breakfast at home get a chance to settle down in our company lounge in peace and quiet and get some food in you. For those of you who want to be able to take extra sleep in the morning, it is possible to set up your stand the day before, on 12 February between 12: 00-16: 00. In this case, contact our project leader Hector Lyngfelt.

All of us who represent GÖSTA during the day wear a white shirt and keychain with a GÖSTA logo. Do not hesitate to ask us if you have any thoughts, or needs during the day. We are there to help you as best we can.

Internet

At the fair there is a free wireless connection, username and password are available in connection with you arriving at the fair

Wardrobe

GÖSTA will have a manned wardrobe during the fair, where you can hand in your outerwear and other belongings. During the fair, the wardrobe will be open between 09:00 – 16:30.

During the mingling evening, there will be a wardrobe, however, this is then unattended. GÖSTA will not be able to take responsibility for valuables that are handed in, but these you do for our and your own sake best in having full control of yourself during the day.

Company's lounge

This year, the company lounge is sponsored by NCC Property Development.

GÖSTA offer breakfast to all the companies at the fair. Breakfast starts at 09.00 in connection with your arrival. Lunch is served between 11.00 – 13.30 in L’s Kitchen, Lindholmspiren 5, 417 56 Gothenburg. It is suggested that you split up and take a lunch session of one hour each, if you are two or more representatives from your company/organization. You as exhibitors get lunch tickets from us during the day, as we do not get the tickets until around kl. 10. If necessary, it is possible to buy extra lunch tickets on site.

GÖSTA would like to start by thanking you for your participation during this year’s fair. The stand can, if necessary, be left after the fair is over. It will then be locked and can only be picked up at 09:00 – 12:00 the next day. Please note and respect these times.

Guest lecture

Mingel

After the fair, GÖSTA organizes a mingling evening for your company representatives and students, students who want to get another chance to get to know you and the company you represent. There are a buffet and a welcome drink, there is also entertainment in the form of live music.

Time and place: L’s Resto, Lindholmspiren 5, 417 56 at 16:30 – 23:00

Please note that pre-registration is required to participate during the mingling.
